Following the collaboration between the researchers from be-WISE and the Laboratório de Paisagem in the 360.come project, which involved 15 schools in the district of Guimarães in the academic year 2022/2023, and as a way of concluding this project, a final session specifically aimed at teachers was held.
This activity aimed to ensure the sustainability and competent experimental replication of the project in future academic years. With this goal in mind, a certified training session (4h) was conducted for several teachers from schools in the district of Guimarães. The purpose of this activity was to equip teachers with all the necessary tools and knowledge to independently implement the experimental activities developed by WISE in schools. At the end of this activity, a kit of didactic materials was made available to participating teachers and schools to support the implementation of experimental activities.
In this way, continuous environmental education is ensured, with a focus on healthy eating and sustainable soil use.
